Return Policy

Plateau is a shop dedicated to DIY clothing for everyone. We carefully inspect each garment before shipping to ensure quality. We hope you appreciate our dedication.   

Due to the unique nature of custom products, once customised, they cannot be resold. We do not provide returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues.For non-quality-related issues, such as style or size, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please confirm your purchase before completing your order.

「ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 14 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.」

 Dear valued customers, kindly follow the instructions below to return your purchase:

  • All returns must be sent back within 7 working days (orders within Malaysia) AND 14 days (orders outside Malaysia) upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.

  • Quality exchange must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.

  • We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the requirements.

  • Exchange can only be done once per order.

  • For return parcels due to defects, out-of-stock items, or incorrect shipments, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to the store, while Plateau will cover the shipping costs for sending replacements to customers. Additionally, please inform our customer service department of the tracking number.

  • Customer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

  • Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.

 

Regarding Defect:

We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through website. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the website are accurate or error free.

  • Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this color variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.

  • Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect. There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please contact our customer service to know your best fit.

  • Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.

  • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered as defect.

  • If you have received a defective product please contact our after sales support team Telegram +01111142889 within 7 working days with your order number and photo of defect part. Please allow 48 hours for review and response.

  • Returns must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.

尊敬的客户,请遵循以下指示退回您的购买:

  • 所有退货必须在收到订单后的7个工作日(马来西亚内订单)和14天(马来西亚以外订单)内寄回,并且必须通知我们的客户服务。如果您未能在规定时间内退回商品,我们将不允许任何退换货。

  • 质量换货必须针对原始状态的商品(附有标签,未穿着,未洗涤和未改动)。所有商品不得浸泡。如果由于此原因颜色掉色,商品将严格不可退回。

  • 我们保留拒绝任何不符合要求的退货商品的权利。

  • 换货每次订单只能进行一次。

  • 对于因缺陷、缺货或发错货导致的退货包裹,顾客需承担将商品寄回店铺的运费,而Plateau将承担寄送替换商品给顾客的运费。另外,请向我们的客户服务部门提供跟踪号码。

  • 在商品到达我们手中之前,顾客负责商品的安全,且请保留所有邮寄证明,直到我们确认收到为止。

  • 退回订单使用的/积累的奖励积分/折扣码将作废,不可退款/重复使用。


关于瑕疵:

我们尽力为通过网站购买的产品描述提供准确的信息。然而,我们不保证网站上的产品描述或其他内容准确无误。

  • 由于摄影棚光线条件的变化,以及计算机屏幕校准和不同技术设备规格的差异,产品可能与图片略有不同。请您谅解,颜色方面的变化可能达到20%。由于此原因而请求退货的缺陷产品将被拒绝。

  • 微小尺寸变化(1-3厘米)不被视为缺陷。由于材料的不同可拉伸质量,给出的尺寸可能会有1厘米至3厘米的差异。请您检查我们产品中给出的尺寸,并与您现有的服装进行比较,以找到最合适的尺码。否则,请联系我们的客户服务了解您的最佳尺码。

  • 微小瑕疵(小黑点/小污渍/1厘米以下的松线),如果不明显且不影响整个物品的外观,则不被视为缺陷。

  • 对于印刷品,每件作品的对称性/对齐性/轻微色块可能会有所不同,由此原因造成的退货不被视为缺陷。
